MuLogin time zone setting

Users can set the time zone on the [Basic Configuration] page of the browser profile.

Turn on [Start to set time zone based on IP], on the websites, the time zone will display automatically according to the proxy IP set by user;
Turn off [Start to set time zone based on IP], users need to set the time zone manually.
